The value of philanthropy and learning to give cannot be understated. I recently had the pleasure to tour a Wish House belonging to the Orange County and Inland Empire chapter of Make-A-Wish located in the City of Irvine. While touring the property, I was moved by the sense of hope that permeated the space. The common thread I found in meeting with the staff, volunteers and interns was that they were not only working to grant wishes but they were providing hope.
